Please do not judge all Azul locations by the one in Bentonville. We have web fans of Azuls in Springdale AR for years. We invited friends visiting from Colorado and staying at & beaver Lake, to eat at Azuls in Bentonville believing that as a franchise…the quality would be the same. It was not. Service was a 1 on a scale of 5 from drink order to food delivery. They have a very limited menu, and it doesnt include their best offerings. Chips were delivered cold and stale, drinks were delivered long after stale chips were scarfed down, food took a super long time to deliver and was delivered lukewarm at best. Two of the orders were delivered 10 minutes earlier than the other two. One of the last orders to be delivered was soup. How long does it take to heat up up soup? Overall, it was an extremely poor experience. Whoever owns Azuls should shut this place down because I would never go to another one if THIS were my first experience.More
